When you join the forum (sign up at the top right), please make sure to add your full name (NO ALIAS) and upload your personal photo so I and others can see who we are communicating with. If you use an alias, I do not know who you are and cannot help, and I will reply with "send me your full name". This forum has become a professional place everyone, including new members are proud to be a part of. If you have entered an alias, please go back into your profile and add your full name.

Once logged in, click on profile at the top right, edit, Upload your photo.

To clarify, add your Full Name and photo to your Profile

Please try to keep your topics focused on one forum issue. This system is simple because it does not have many features for me to move things around.

If your issue should be in a new main forum topic that is not listed, shoot me an email so we can keep this forum organized for everyone.

When you submit a support ticket please include related login or site details so that we can respond faster.

  • Aweber: username and password, URL from browser, issue
  • hubOpus: domain name, navigation page name with problem, URL from browser of the page, issue
  • TTI Membership account: username and password, URL from browser of the page, issue
  • Domain hosting (like Godaddy.com): username and password, issue
  • Any other issue: send appropriate details

PUBLIC: Use the Forum to allow others to respond to your questions or comments. In many cases, the forum will be the better place to find and ask questions.
